We make it easy to fill-out and submit Architectural Requests.  Feel free to download a Request Form that you may complete and scan/email back to us.  You may also mail it to our office at P.O. Box 5445, Goodyear, AZ  85338.

You may now submit your Architectural Request Online!  Simply complete the form (below) and submit it to us!  You may even attach pictures and drawings.

Homeowners may access the HOA Portal to review your account, make one-time payments and schedule payments.

Join your Board and neighbors for the next HOA Meeting will be meeting via Zoom (more information to come).

 

The Board Meeting Dates in 2025 are as follows:

 

Janauary 14th @ 6pm

March 11th @ 6pm (Annual)

May 13th @ 6pm

August 12th @ 6pm 

October 14th @ 6pm (Budget)

 

The purpose of the meeting is to discuss business of the association properly brought to the board of directors.

Your normal trash and recycle pick-up is on Tuesday of each week.  Containers may be placed curb-side no earlier than 6pm on the day prior and should be brought in behind your gate by 8am on the following day.

 

Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day will impact the collection schedule of your trash and it will move to the following day. 

 

To learn about proper placement of your trash can along the street, we encourage you to read the following information from the City of Phoenix Public Works.

The 2025 scheduled bulk trash day by the City of Phoenix are the weeks of:

 

March 13th

June 19th

September 18th

December 18th

 

Bulk trash may be placed curb-side in advance one week only. 

 

If you have scheduled an individual pick-up outside of the HOA pick up dates, you will not be allowed to place your items during the HOA pickup time and you will need to let the HOA know of the date or you will received a violation and possible fines.
